Cancellation Policy

In order to ensure the best scheduling options for all my guests, a 24 hour notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. If notice is given within this time frame, there will be a fee of $50 for rescheduling.

While I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may arise, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible. As a courtesy, I allow for one cancellation within the 24 hour time frame per year. However, if there are multiple "no-shows" or cancellations, I will not accommodate further bookings.

I appreciate your understanding and cooperation with my policies as I strive to provide the best service possible for all of my guests. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

Multiple no-shows or Last-minute cancellations/Reschedule

In the event of multiple no-shows or cancellations you will not be able to schedule any future appointments. To prevent this, I have implemented a reminder system with texts/email reminders 48 hours before your appointments and another reminder 24 hours prior to help avoid any rescheduling fees. It is essential that everyone’s time is respected and if there is a lack of communication and respect, I may not be able to accommodate future appointments.

15+ Minute Later

Just as I value your time, I also make it a priority to honor my clients' time. In order to deliver exceptional service, I aim to allocate a reasonable amount of time for each scheduled service. However, when a client arrives late, it disrupts the schedule for the appointments that follow, creating an unfair situation for other clients. If you anticipate being late, please consider rescheduling the appointment or opting for a shorter service. A rescheduling fee will be applied.

Redo Service

My main goal is for you to feel confident about your hair. If you experience any issues with your haircut or color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit, and I will resolve the matter for you without any extra charges.

Retail Exchange

If you are dissatisfied with your product purchase, please inform me, and I will gladly exchange your product at its full price within 30 days of purchase.
